SJPII Welcome Back Open House

SJPII Welcome Back Open House

From 5:00pm to 7:00pm on Thursday, September 17th SJPII will be hosting our annual Welcome Back Open House and Family BBQ. This is a great opportunity to visit your children's classrooms and teachers and learn about all they will be doing at school in this upcoming school year. Don't forget to head to the yard and visit the Catholic School Council BBQ after visiting your children's classroom. Watch for the food order form on School Cash Online, as meals must be pre ordered!

Scholastic Book Fair

We will be hosting our annual book fair from September 14th to 18th, 2026. Classes will have the opportunity to visit the book fair during the week, and the book fair will be open during our Welcome Back Open House on September 17th! Funds raised through the book fair go back to supporting our school library!

Welcome Back!!

We are thrilled to welcome our SJPII family back to school following a fun and restful summer break. As we start the school year we want to give a big welcome to our new families, we are sure you are going to love your time in our SJPII community. We also have some new staff members to welcome this year. Please make sure you say hi to Mr. Filion, Mr. Gilhuis, Ms. Kate and Ms. Milne when you see them around the school!

CDSBEO Board Bully and Prevention Intervention Plan

The Board Bully Prevention and Intervention Plan is based on developing a Whole-School Faith community that is safe, inclusive and accepting, utilizing our Gospel values and reconciliation.

Krispy Kreme Donut Fundraiser

Thank you for your tremendous support of our Krispy Kreme Donut Fundraiser. The donuts will be available for pick up at the school on Monday, April 13th, 2026!

March Break

A reminder to all our families that March Break is from Saturday March 14th, 2026 to Sunday March 22, 2026. We wish all our families a wonderful and restful break.

Thanksgiving Food Drive

Thanksgiving Food Drive

On Monday, September 22nd we will kick off our annual Thanksgiving Food Drive. Proceeds will support the Bourget Food Bank. Consider supporting this important community organization!

St. John Paul II Catholic School Council

Our September Catholic School Council Meeting will be held on Tuesday, September 23rd, 2025 at 6:30 in our school library. We are also currently accepting nominations for the 2025-26 Catholic School Council. Check your email for a copy of the Self Nomination Form. Please return to the school by Friday September 19th if you are interested in joining our team!
